A 5-Step Shower Ritual to Ground and Re center


 

Before you turn the water on, pause.


Step in slowly.


Let the water hit your upper back.


Inhale through your nose.


Exhale with a sound.


Lather your arms or chest with intention.


Rinse off as if you’re shedding static.




This is a reset for overstimulation—a chance to come back to your body.
