A Visual Reset to Use When You’re Overstimulated

Find a neutral object in front of you—a stone, a candle, a piece of cloth.
Let your eyes rest on it.
Don’t stare—just observe.
Notice the texture, shape, color.
Let your breath follow the rhythm of your gaze.
Stay here for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Let your eyes do less.
This ritual is for when you’ve taken in too much—screen time, people, pressure. Let your vision lead you back to quiet.
