A Wind-Down Ritual for Letting Go of the Day

Change into something soft.
Sit at the edge of your bed or on the floor.
Gently roll your shoulders backward, then forward.
Tilt your head side to side with your breath.
As you move, silently repeat: "I am no longer carrying the day."
You don’t need to “fix” your stress—just give it permission to dissolve.
